Ok so little back story here...Julia has been wanting to get her ears pierced for a very long time, and when I say a long time I mean for a couple of years. She's begged and bargained with me and I finally caved. I can't blame her for wanting them but it was just the idea that broke my heart a little. So today we took her up to Claire's to have them pierced. I have to admit, there in the middle of Claire's my eyes welled up and spilled over with tears over my baby getting bigger and there is nothing I can do to stop it. I'm so proud of how brave my girl was and how beautiful and grown up she looks with her new earrings.
