School today?.....Snow Way

Last Monday in Lee's Summit we woke up to what my kids consider the most beautiful sight.  Snow. And with it, the happy news that school was canceled.  SNOW DAY!  Yipee!!! We bundled up in our snow pants, snow boots, mittens, and hats and off we went to enjoy the snow. Julia wouldn't stop eating the snow and loved making snow balls and snow angels.  It was a good packing wet snow.  Anna was over it in about 15min.  Time for some hot coco and snuggles in our jammies with mom for the rest of the day. Yep,  I love snow days too:)
